Online Reports
We have created a suite of online reports based on the most requested data from the public registers.
The online reports can be viewed on screen, printed or downloaded as a spreadsheet. In some cases, reports are downloadable as a PDF. Some reports are only available as a CSV download due to the amount of information they contain.
Details of the information contained in each report are set out below as are the links to access the reports.
ACE Owned Reports
These reports provide the ACE and catch details for a specified ACE owner at a point in time. The information in the report includes:
Client number
Client legal name
Client postal address
Client email address
Stock code
Fishing year
Catch until month
TAC ACE (if exists)
Total ACE
Total catch
Balance
To view the final position for any given fishing year, select the final day of trading. For a stock with an October fishing year start, chose 15 October of the following year to see a full fishing year position. More information about fishing years can be viewed further down this page.
ACE Owned by Stock Reports
These reports provide the ACE and catch details for a specified stock at a point in time. The information in the report includes:
Fishing year
Stock code
Client number
Client legal name
Catch until month
TAC ACE (if exists)
Total ACE
Total catch
Balance
Client postal address (CSV only)
Client email address (CSV only)

Quota Owned Reports
These reports provide the quota holding details for a specified owner, they also provide the ACE equivalent of the quota holdings based on the TACC that is current at the date selected.
This report lists the following information:
Client number
Client legal name
Client postal address
Client email address
Stock code
Account type
Total shares
Estimated ACE
Restricted shares
Transferable shares
Memorial (CSV only)
Quota Owned by Stock Reports
These reports provide the quota holding details for a specified stock at a selected point in time. It is possible to view quota holdings for all stock codes, but the report will be very large. As such it will by immediately exported to excel rather than displayed onscreen.
This report lists the following information:
Stock code
Client number
Client legal name
Account type
Total shares
Estimated ACE
Restricted shares
Transferable shares
Memorial (CSV only)
Client postal address (CSV only)
Client email address (CSV only)
These reports provide the TAC and TACC values from all fishing years for a selected stock or current TAC / TACC values for all stocks.
